- Fruité vert - PDO Provence - green olives - intensity
- This is a complex oil with aromas of cut grass, fresh almond, raw artichoke and/or green apple. Peppery notes and a slight bitterness enhance its aromatic bouquet.
- Fennel oil - intensity
- Bringing the slightly sweet flavor of anise, it's also deliciously surprising as a mesclun or salad dressing.
- Lemon oil - intensity
- Obtained from fresh lemons crushed and blended at the same time as the olives. The indisputable freshness of the lemons guarantees the persistence of the aromas.
All the olives used in their composition are :
