An unconditional respect for the trees and the landscape
We pick the olives from the estate by hand to preserve the integrity of the fruit, guaranteeing an unrivalled quality of harvest.
All our actions with the trees are manual and reasoned, using traditional farming techniques. We are respectful of the trees, the land and the local biodiversity.
Small-scale production
We resolutely choose to produce limited quantities in order to bring special care and precision to each step of the production process.
A transformation on the spot, in our mill
We meet quality requirements at every stage of the manufacturing process of our extra virgin olive oil :
the use of exclusively mechanical cold extraction processes.

Artisanal bottling at the property
For the bottling there is no intermediary, with everything done on the spot at the mill and according to the demand. We wanted total control of the production chain, from the tree to the bottle, in order to guarantee optimal quality and conservation of our oils.
Direct bottling at the exit of the vats allows us to offer a personalised service and to meet the specific needs of our French and international customers.
