- Originally from Salon de Provence, Salonenque is mild and well-balanced. It is characterized by a smooth mouthfeel and delicate aromas of hazelnut and artichoke.
- Grossane - intensity
- These characteristic notes of citrus, vine peach or sweet almond are perfect for flavoring your dishes without bitterness or ardency (spiciness).
- Bouteillan - intensity
- Bouteillan oil is fresh on the palate, with herbaceous notes and aromas of tomato leaves.
- Aglandau - intensity
- The most widespread variety in Provence, this characterful oil is characterized by its aromas of raw artichoke, almonds and peppery ardor.
